转型期农村社会组织治理场域演进——从适应、整合到均衡的路径分析 |

| 摘 要： 伴随农村政治生态软化和市场化趋势的增强，转型时期的农村发展外部制度的弹性空间得到拓展，内生性发展动力不断强化，农村社会组织场域建构的因子被迅速激活。农村社会治理场域在与外部系统环境的物质、能量和信息交换频率及程度提升的过程中，推进着农村社会组织结构系统的整合和重塑。农村社会组织治理场域系统的演化，基本遵循经由场域边界的开放性、治理场域系统重构和场域系统有序耦合的发展规律，实现着从适应性、机制整合到均衡治理新常态的演进过程。 |

| Abstract: During the period of transformation, with the softening of the rural political ecology and the strengthening of market trend, the elastic space of external system for the rural development has been expanded, the endogenous development momentum continues to strengthen, and the factor of the rural social organizations field construction is quickly activated. In the process of improving the frequency and extent of the exchange of material, energy and information between the field and the external system environment, the integration and reconstruction of the rural social organization structure system are promoted. The evolution of rural social organization governance field system basically follows the development rules of opening the field boundary, governance field domain system, and reconstruction coupling with system field, hence achieving a new evolution process from adaptability, mechanism integration to equilibrium governance. |
