由高校劳动关系的新变化看工会维权机制创新

摘  要:  随着我国高等院校用人机制的转换,高校劳动关系发生了劳动关系市场化、劳动关系调节方式契约化、劳动关系的规范化、法制化、个性化、国际化等变化。因此,教职工的维权需求发生了变化,这要求创新工会维权机制,实现全方位、法制化、多层次、多形式、高水平的维权,在思想意识、组织体制、维权内容、规范保障、维权手段、维权载体和维权队伍等多方面做出调整。

On change of labor relations in the university and mechanism innovation of safeguarding teachers’ lawful rights & interests of the labor union

Abstract:  With transition of employing personnel in universities, some changes have taken place in labor relations of the university, such as adoption of the market principle in labor relations, adoption of contract in regulating labor relations, regularization, institutionalization and lawmaking of labor relations, instability and short-term characteristic of labor relations, individuation of labor relations and gradual internationalization in labor relations. Accordingly some changes have also occurred in demands of safeguarding teachers’ lawful rights & interests, which requires that the labor union should innovate on safeguarding mechanism. A mechanism should be established to safeguard the lawful rights & interests. So a lot of redressal must be made in ideas, organ system, contents, laws and rules, measures, entity and personnel of safeguarding the lawful rights & interests.
