从“舰队式”婚姻看近代早期英国的制度革新 |

| 摘 要： “舰队式”婚姻是近代早期英国所独有的一种婚配模式，对当时社会产生了很大影响。“舰队式”婚姻起源于17世纪早期，在历经发展与兴盛后，于18世纪后期步入消亡，其存在时间仅为一个多世纪。作为非正规婚配的一种，“舰队式”婚姻是当时英国年青人追求自由婚姻的主要途径之一，它极大地促进了个人婚姻自由观念的传播。“舰队式”婚姻并不完善，它的缺陷是导致1753年婚姻法颁布的直接原因，但它的优点则在新婚配制度中得以保留和改进。 |

The study on Fleet Marriage and the reform of British institution in early modern Britain |

| Abstract: The Fleet Marriage was a specific marriage form in early modern England, exerting great influence on the society at that time. Fleet Marriage appeared in the early seventeenth century, then grew, flourished, and faded in the late eighteenth century. It lived for about one and half century. For a sort of unofficial marriage form, the Fleet marriage was a most favorite pattern for British young people who pursued free marriage, hence promoting the spread of free marriage idea. But it was not perfect, whose defect directly led to the Marriage Act of 1753, and whose merit was reserved and improved in the new marriage institution. |
