“上大人”文本传播中功能与涵义的变迁 |

| 摘 要： 唐代以来蒙书《上大人》由习字、识字等蒙学功能，逐渐衍化作“禅语”，又变成新文本的嵌入结构，展现在诸如唱词、歌谣、三句半等各种通俗文学作品中，此后还被用作纸牌文字、游戏符号。“上大人”文本的基础蒙学功能对社会影响巨大，使得其原本字句涵义被忽视、遮盖，故可运用到更多不同的语境。对“上大人”涵义的解读主流是与孔子相联系的，但也可见其与佛教之密切关系。传统社会中正面、高尚的“上大人”形象，从近代以来却命运多舛。“上大人”文本在一千多年来的传播中所承载的社会功能有演化，从其涵义又可管窥时代思潮之变迁，是中华文化的宝贵遗产。 |

The changes of function and meaning in the text of the “shangdaren” |

| Abstract: Since the beginning of the Tang Dynasty, the text function of shangdaren changes from educating children to Zen words and structures of lyrics, songs, and the symbols of some card games, and so on. The mainstream of the interpretation of the meaning of “shangdaren” is connected with Confucius, but it also suggests a close relationship with Buddhism. The positive and noble image of “shangdaren” in traditional China has yet suffered many mishaps in the river of time. The social function that shangdaren text is embedded in has been evolving, from which changes of social ideologies of different times can be perceived. Therefore, the text of shangdaren is precious heritage of Chinese culture. |
