交互记忆系统视角下成员经验与团队绩效关系研究 |

摘 要: 基于交互记忆系统视角,对团队成员的不同类型经验及其分布与团队绩效间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,团队成员通过交互记忆系统来吸收、转化已有经验,成员共享经验及其平均分布水平能够促进交互记忆系统的形成与发展。而趋于平均分布的成员自身经验对交互记忆系统有阻碍作用。交互记忆系统水平与团队绩效有显著的正向关系,并受到团队信任的调节作用。 |

Research on the relationship between individual experience and team performance from transactive memory system perspective |

Abstract: Based on Transactive Memory System (TMS) theory, this paper empirically investigates the relationship of different team members’ experiences, their distributions and team performances. Results show that team members absorb and integrate each other’s experiences by utilizing TMS, and that shared experiences and distribution among team members have positive impact on TMS, whereas decentralized distribution of individual experience in team may impede the development of TMS. The impact of TMS and team performance are significantly positive and moderated by intra-team trust. |
