“国学重振”与翻译专业人才的培养

摘  要: 在西学话语、国学话语、意识形态话语的交织中,处于弱位的国学话语不仅是重铸国魂的文化途径,也是弘扬中国文化的重要方式。翻译作为文化交流的触媒和介质,要求翻译主体不仅要具备“打通”中西的能力,还要具备“参互”古今的文化内省能力,只有加强国学素养的培育,才能面对业已出现的人才培养的困境,完成对翻译专业人才完美人格的塑造。

Sinological edification for translation majors

Abstract:  In the historical context of promoting our national cultural soft power, this paper discusses the cultivation of translation majors from the essence of sinological edification. Translation means not only interlingual communication and intercultural transplantation but also intralingual interpretation. To fulfill the grand mission of exchanging cultures, a translator should first of all have good command of interpreting tradition inherited from his/her own culture. Sinological edification means subtle absorption, preservation and creation of the superiority of the tradition as well as authority. The status of edification could present the essence of educational experience and produce all-round translators.
