从空间表征到文化实践:对电子地图的批判性反思 |

摘 要: 基于网络和移动信息新技术发展起来的电子地图不仅是传统地图的延伸和扩展,还是一种全新的空间表征形式和媒介文本。它典型地体现了后现代时期“时空压缩”这一现象,其中,消费文化在技术的主导下介入这一空间的再现/表征形式,使其具有隐含的生产性:电子地图激发个体的空间想象和消费实践,推动个体的身份认同,并通过权力分配、欲望塑造等途径对个体的主体性的再生产发挥了重要的作用。 |

Abstract: Basedonthenetworkandmobileinformationtechnologydevelopment,theelectronicmapisnotonlythe extensionandexpansionoftraditionalmap,butalsoanewspatialrepresentationandmediatext.Itisatypical phenomenonofthepost-modernera“Time-spaceCompression,” inwhich consumption culturestarts to interveneintheformofspatialrepresentation with thedominance oftechnologysothatithas aproductiveimplication:electronicmapstimulatesindividualspaceimaginationandpracticeofconsumption,promotes theindividualidentity,playsanimportantrole in reproducing individual subjectivity throughpowerdistribution, desire characterization and so on. |
