大户领办型农民专业合作社权力结构：失衡与矫正 |

| 摘 要： 在农民专业合作社的构建和运作中，资源要素差异导致了合作社的组织权力在大户和小户之间的不平等分配。如果大户所行使的权力缺乏制衡，那么小户权益和合作社的集体资源将面临被盗窃的风险，难以发挥合作社的正功能。为应对合作社权力运作的失衡态势，小户社员必须积极参与合作社运作的集体事务，保护和争取自身的合法权益；既要养成非正式的合作规范，又要构建合作社权力运作的制度规范、监督机制和冲突调解机制。 |

Unbalance and rectification——power operation structure of farmers’ professional co-operatives directed by leading members |

| Abstract: the differences resources endowment and selective excitation lead to inequality of power distribution among the members. But if the fact that the power controlled by the leading members is lack of checks and balances, the power will be transformed from inequality to the situation of imbalance, members with little powers will face the risk of being cheated and stolen. To cope with the power unbalance situation, measurements must be taken. The members should take actions to fight for their rights and interests, and avoid hitchhike. Leading members should exert self-discipline and standardize the power and benefit all members. Also the government and village committees must exert suitable supervision. In addition, rules system, supervision mechanism, mediation mechanism and small organizations system must be founded. |
