实现中国梦应当坚持“公平优先，兼顾平等” |

| 摘 要： 公平是对现存经济关系的观念化，与效率间的矛盾是社会基本矛盾在人头脑中的反映，本质上要求而且可以达到高度统一；而平等是一种道德理想乃至幻想，与效率间的矛盾是价值与事实、理想与现实、主观与客观之间的背离造成的。由于主观不能达之客观，平等与效率二者不可兼得。当前阶段应坚持公平优先，为经济的健康发展创建一个和谐有序的环境；与此同时，兼顾平等，为增强社会凝聚力提供道义基础。这是实现中国梦的内在要求。 |

Fairness being the first, and paying proper attention to equality to realize the China dream |

| Abstract: Fairness is an idea reflecting the extant economical relations, the contradiction between which and efficiency is the social basic contradiction in the person brains’ reflection, which essentially requests and moreover to be allowed to achieve highly unifies; the equality is one kind of moral ideal or even fantasy, however, the contradiction between which and efficiency results from the departure between value and fact, ideal and reality. Because subjective cannot reach objectively, both the equality and the efficiency cannot be achieved. At the current stage, fairness should be persisted first to promote a harmonious and healthy economical development. At the same time, proper attention to equality should be paid to, in order to provide morality and justice foundation for the enhancement of society cohesive force. This is the intrinsic request to realize the ‘China Dream’. |
