| 摘 要： 随着数字技术的突飞猛进，传统版权保护法治已不再适应数字娱乐版权领域的发展。美国“云计算”和“数据流”技术的快速发展给数字娱乐版权保护法治带来新的研究视角。与个人计算机模式相比，“云计算”一方面更能有效地防止数字娱乐版权盗版行为，另一方面能为窘境中的数字版权理论提供新的路径。因此，美国相关法制研究的启示，对于完善我国数字娱乐版权制度具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。 |

On the system of digital entertainment copyright protection of America——An analysis from the perspective of cloud computing and content streaming |

| Abstract: With the soaring growth of digital technology, the traditional law of copyright protection has not adapted to the development of digital entertainment of copyright. However, in the United States, the dramatic development of “cloud computing” and “content streaming” has brought about a new perspective. Compared with the personal computer model, “cloud computing”, on the one hand, prevents more effectively from copyright piracy of digital entertainment, and on the other hand, provides a new path for developing digital rights theory through the dilemma. Therefore, related legal research on the United States can be of very important theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of digital entertainment copyright system in China. |
