政府投融资平台融资模式选择的DEMATEL法分析影响因素 |

| 摘 要： 新城镇化背景下，政府投融资平台将承担更为艰巨的投融资任务。为提高政府投融资平台融资决策效率，运用DEMATEL方法对其融资模式选择的影响因素进行筛选，提炼出关键影响因素。研究结果表明，投融资平台所负责项目的市场需求、收益率、再融资灵活度、经济特征、营业收入预期五个因素是其融资模式选择的重要影响因素。从影响因素散点图可知，经济特征、营业收入预期、市场需求、财政补贴、税收减免、监督制度、法律法规约束为原因因素，其余因素为结果因素。 |

Influencing factors of financing mode designed for government investment and financing platform based on DEMATEL |

| Abstract: In the context of the urbanization, the investment and financing platform of the government will bear more difficult task of investment and financing. In order to improve the efficiency of investment and financing decisions of government financing platform, this paper filters factors for its financing mode, extracts the key factors of it. The results show that the market demand, yields, refinancing flexibility, economic characteristics, operating income of project affect the selection of financing mode designed for government investment and financing platform. Economic characteristics, operating income expected, market demand, financial subsidies, tax breaks, supervision system, laws and regulations constrain are causal factors, while the remaining factor is the result factors. |
