| 摘 要： 《孙子兵法》英译历程可视为一个结构开放、动态变化的耗散系统。运用协同理论能够有效研究耗散系统的结构如何从无序紊乱向有序稳定演变。研究中采用协同理论定性分析了“天”的译名选择之间所存在的竞争和协同现象, 解释了Heaven/heaven这一非最优化译名为何会居于主导地位。 |

Non-optimal Synergy: Study on Translations of Tian in Sun Tzu Bing Fa |

| Abstract: The English translation of Sun Zi Bing Fa is an open and dynamic dissipative system which can be analyzed under the guidance of Synergetics. This paper makes a qualitative analysis of the competition and synergy in the translation choices of Tian, and discusses the dominance of Heaven/heaven as a pair of non-optimal translation choices of Tian in this dissipative system. |
