| 摘 要： 推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是解决当前中国各方面难题和问题的长效之策, 是彰显中国特色社会主义制度优势的基础工程, 是国家长治久安的基本依托,更是中国共产党长期执政的根本保障。推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，必须紧紧把握治理视域的全面性、治理品质的时代性、治理制度的成熟性、治理结构的协调稳定性、治理方式的规范性、治理体系的开放性等特征，秉持中国特色社会主义制度，更新治理理念，丰富治理目标，明确战略要点，创新治理方法，协调多元共治，妥善处理国家治理的基本关系。 |

| Abstract: Promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability is the long-term effective policy to solve the current problems in China, and it is the basic project to show Chinese socialist system’s superiority, and the basic support of national long period of stability, but also the fundamental guarantee of long-term ruling of the communist party of China. To promote the modernization of national management system and management ability, close attention must be paid to the comprehensiveness of governance perspective, the temporal spirit of governance quality, the maturity of the governance systems, the coordination stability of governance structure, the norms of governance, the openness of governance system features, so as to uphold the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, to renew the idea of governance, rich management goal, clear the key points of strategy, innovation management method, coordinate multiple relations, and handle the basic relations of the national governance properly. |
