论和谐社会视域中的青少年廉洁文化教育 |

| 摘 要： 当前我国腐败现象滋生蔓延的文化诱因在于廉洁文化的缺失。新时期我们所倡导的廉洁文化,主要包括精神层面、制度层面、物质层面等三个层面，廉洁的社会文化、政治文化、职业文化、组织文化等具体四个方面的内涵。不能把廉洁文化简单的等同于廉政文化，要认识到廉洁文化教育主体是青少年而不是政府领导干部，要加强对青少年廉洁文化教育必要性的研究。青少年廉洁文化教育的应以政府为主导、以学校为载体、以学生为主体，逐步将青少年廉洁文化教育引向深入，构建青少年廉洁文化教育的长效机制。 |

The youth honest culture and education from
perspective of establishing a harmonious society |

| Abstract: The corruption in China today is rooted in the lack of cultivation of youth honest culture. The honest culture, mainly includes the energetic stratification plane, the system stratification plane, the material stratification plane and the four aspect connotations: honest social culture, political culture, professional culture, organization culture and so on. The youth the honest cultural does not simply equal to the honest government culture, whose main body is the young people, not the government leading cadres, and we should strengthen the youth honest culture and education, and conduct necessary researches as well. The youth honest culture and education should take the government as the leadership, the school as the carrier, the students as a main body, so as to deepen the young people honest culture education and establish an effective mechanism. |
