| 摘 要： 货币的本质特征和社会职能对经济犯罪的研究具有重要意义，其在经济犯罪中的角色定位需要厘清。货币可诱发犯罪、为犯罪提供机会，并使犯罪简单化。对此，经济学、社会学理论从货币的价值尺度、贮藏手段、支付手段的三种职能提供了一些尝试性解释，值得经济犯罪研究借鉴。但这些理论也存在缺陷和不足，应当逐一梳理和剖析，以使学界的研究更为深入。 |

| |
On the role of money in economic crime |

| Abstract: The role that money plays in economic crime needs to be clarified. The essential characteristics and social functions of money are of great significance to the study of economic crime. Specifically, that is primarily about how money motivates crime, structures the opportunities for it and provides the instruments to simplify it. Three social functions of money – unit of account, store of value and means of payment, can be launched as a starting point to expand the analysis step by step. Existing theories of economics and sociology of monetary functions provide some references for the interpretation of economic crime. However, there is no doubt that there are some defects and deficiencies in these theories. After the necessary review and analysis, future prospects of this field ought to be expounded. |
