论社会矛盾化解的法治方式 |

| 摘 要： 降低维稳成本，有序化解矛盾的基本方法是法治。在化解社会矛盾过程中，应以合法处置为中心，适当运用合法合理的策略，采用多元方式，遵循法治原则和法治精神，处理社会矛盾和纠纷，达到既恰当解决社会矛盾，又实现保障公民权利、维护社会公正的目的。社会矛盾化解采用法治方式，实际上所指的是要在现有法律框架范围内，全面考虑各种法律的适用关系，整体把握法律的运行，从而化解矛盾。 |

On the way to resolve social contradictions by the rule of law |

| Abstract: The basic method to reduce the cost of maintaining stability and resolve the contradiction lies in the rule of law. In the process of resolving social contradictions, we should be based on legal disposal, and that we can use multiple methods, including using the appropriate and reasonable strategy. It is certain that, to resolve social contradictions should follow the principle and spirit of the rule of law, not only to properly resolve social contradictions, but also to realize the protection of civil rights and maintain social justice. In fact, in order to resolve contradictions, the resolution of social conflicts to use the rule of law refers to consider the application of various legal relations and grasp the operation of the law in the existing legal frame work. |
