福利多元主义的发展研究

| 摘 要： 福利多元主义为福利国家改革后福利供给中出现的复杂现象提供了有效的分析框架，而分析框架本身的发展也随着福利改革的不断深化而向前推动。在经历了横向单维度——福利提供主体扩展对福利现象的认识后，复杂的社会福利供给现象要求更精确的认知方法，分析框架纵向发展成为必然。福利多元主义纵向的发展经历了提供、融资以及规制/决策维度不断深化 ，虽然对于规制与决策维度的采用问题，学者们存在不同的观点，但有一点是确定的，他们都在推动福利多元主义作为范式的不断深化和成熟。 |

Study on the development of welfare pluralism——Based on paradigm perspective |

| Abstract: Welfare pluralism provides an effective analysis framework for the complex welfare supply phenomenon, accordingly, the development of the analysis framework benefits from the further welfare reform in western counties. After the cognition of welfare reform from the single horizontal dimension—the expanding of welfare provider, more complex reality of social welfare provision needs more sophisticated approaches to get clear, therefore, the vertical development of the analysis framework becomes necessary. Generally speaking, the vertical progress of welfare pluralism comes true though the dimension introduction of provision, finance, regulation and/or decision. Although scholars have not achieved consensus on the dimension choice of regulation or decision, there is no doubt, that the emergence of new dimension is already a symbol of advance and the dissent and its corresponding discussions would all push forward the further development and maturation of welfare pluralism as a paradigm. |
