| 摘 要： 创新型城市的发展是当前许多城市建设的目标与任务，而城市的发展离不开政府的参与，政府效率的高低，对提升城市竞争力有着重要的作用。研究运用结构方程模型首先构建了和谐社会政府绩效指标评价体系和创新型城市竞争力指标评价体系的测量模型，然后进一步构建了和谐社会政府绩效对创新型城市竞争力影响的结构模型，以期为更好的发挥政府效率，推动创新型城市的发展，提升城市竞争力提供相应的理论指导。 |

| Abstract: Innovative urban development is the goals and tasks of urban construction, and development of the city without government involvement, level of government to enhance the efficiency of urban competitiveness has an important role to play. So, to vigorously promote the construction of a harmonious society in the same time, to improve government performance and to better the role of urban development are particularly important. By applying structural equation modeling to build a harmonious society, the first indicators of government performance evaluation system and an innovative city competitiveness evaluation index system of the measurement model, the authors analyze how to further build a harmonious society for innovation-oriented city government performance affects the competitiveness of the structural model. This content, whether in research itself or research methods, suggests great innovation. This paper also discusses the role of the government for better efficiency, to promote innovative urban development and to enhance the competitiveness of the city provide theoretical guidance. |
