On techniques at detecting job-related crimes in land management |

| Abstract: Job-related crime cases in land management have their own characteristics. On the base of grasping the characteristics, the following techniques should be enhanced in the procuratorial organs’ investigations: knowing the elementary course of land management, finding clues, staring the investigation, evidence investigating, deepening and checking the investigation, etc. |
