| 摘 要： 2012年对于我国的法治进程而言是转折之年。“重庆事件”使人们有感法治的沉沦，但痛定思痛之后，从执政党到立法、行政、司法等各国家机关，都开始反思法治精神的本质内涵，更加尊重宪法权威。同时，公民意识的全面觉醒，公众参与公共事务热情的提高也促进了这一年法治的回暖。 |

The node of rule of law in China: On China’s legal process in 2012 |

| Abstract: For the process of China’s rule of law, the year of 2012 should be a turning point. The “Chongqing incident” arouses people’s awareness of destruction of rule of law. However, after the bitter experience, all state organs ranged from the ruling party to the legislative, administrative and judicial authorities began to reflect on the essential connotation of the rule of law and show more respect to constitution authority. Meanwhile, the full awakening of civic consciousness and increasing enthusiasm of participation in public affairs also contributed to the recovery of rule of law in this year. |
