| 摘 要： 湖南生态文化是一种湖湘特质的地域文化，具有很强的延续性和相对的独立性。它既是湖南经济社会发展的方向引擎，又是建设绿色湖南和生态强省的精神动力。湖南生态文化建设要立足湖南实际，以弘扬生态文明为主旋律，积极构建生态文化公共服务体系，加快发展生态文化产业，加强对生态文化遗产的保护、传承和利用，强化相关政策、资金和组织保障，实现湖南经济跨越式发展。 |

Orientation and path about the development of eco-culture in Hunan Province |

| Abstract: Hunan ecological culture is a regional culture of Hu Xiang characteristics regional culture, has strong continuity and relative independence. It has the direction engine of economic and social development in Hunan. It also has the spirit power of the building up of green Hunan and ecological province. The building up of Hunan Ecological Culture should be based on the Hunan realities, regarding promoting ecological civilization as the main theme, it should build the public service system of ecological culture, accelerate the development of ecological cultural industries, strengthen the protection of eco-cultural heritage, inheritance and useful, prominent the relevant policies, financial and organizational security, so as to achieve to Hunan Economic leaps and bounds. |
