三至五世纪鄯善国收养契约探析 |

| 摘 要： 三至五世纪鄯善国的收养契约具有其自身的特征，体现在行文格式和内容两方面。行文格式方面，不同于其他契约由三到四个部分组成，收养契约一般由两到三个部分组成。从内容上看，主要包括主题语、封印、立契时间、当事人、收养对象、交易方式、权利与义务等。 |

The adoption contracts of ShanShanGuo in the third to fifth Century |

| Abstract: The adoption contracts of ShanShanGuo had its own characteristics in the 3rd to 5th century, which was embodied in two aspects of its writing format and content. This period of the Kharosthī adoption contracts reflected some social conditions of ShanShanGuo. This provide inspiration and reference meaning for contemporary adoption, namely, although the each form was not identical, its reflection was the essence of aims to make adoption behavior legalization in order to safeguard the interests of both parties. |
