提炼社会主义核心价值观的基本思路 |

| 摘 要： 提炼社会主义核心价值观是建设社会主义核心价值体系的重要组成部分。当前，推进社会主义核心价值体系建设并有效发挥其引领作用，最紧迫的任务就是提炼出简明扼要、科学准确、为人民群众广泛认同并能自觉践行的社会主义核心价值观。提炼社会主义核心价值观，应遵循以下思路：以马克思主义基本原理为指导、以中国特色社会主义伟大实践为中心、以社会主义核心价值体系为依据、以中国优秀传统文化为根基、以人类先进文明成果和价值共识为借鉴。 |

| Abstract: Refining the core values of socialism is an important part of the construction of the socialist core value system. At present, to advance the construction of socialist core value system effectively plays a leading role, the most urgent task of which is to extract the accurate, making it concise, scientific and to the point, so that the people can widely recognize and consciously practice it. Refining the core values of socialism should follow the ideas: taking Marx basic principles as a guide, the Chinese characteristic socialism great practice at the center, the socialist core value system as the basis, the excellent traditional Chinese culture as the foundation, the advanced human civilization achievements and common sense of value for reference. |
