由“罪己诏”论西汉道统与政统之关系

摘  要: 西汉“罪己诏”的产生,既是禹、汤以来君王罪己传统的延续,也是西汉国家建构中道统和政统博弈的结果。儒家学说地位的隆升,使得圣王、圣人之说成为评判政治的理论依据以及衡量政治行为的标准。在决策政治事务时,西汉皇帝的个人看法常与儒生相绌,此时多用“罪己诏”来调和彼此的矛盾,正体现出道统与政统的相互适应和不断调整。

Relationship between Confucian orthodoxy and political system reflected in “Imperial Edicts about Criticizing Oneself” in Western Han Dynasty

Abstract: The happening of the Imperial Edicts about Criticizing Oneself in Western Han Dynasty was traditional continuation since the era of Yu and Tang, and it was also the result of game playing and contest between Confucian orthodoxy and political system. The theories about Sages and Rajas became the theoretical basis of political evaluation and the standard to measuring political behaviors along with the promotion of the Confucian doctrine status. The emperors in the Western Han Dynasty regulated the contradictions to Confucian scholars with the Imperial Edicts about Criticizing Oneself when they were criticized by their opponents in the process of making policy decisions, which reflected adaptabilities and adjustments between Confucian Orthodoxy and Political System.
