竞赛规则的正义考量 |

| 摘 要： 正义是处理人与人之间相互关系的重要原则，竞赛规则作为运动员竞技关系的规范化、客观化存在，是对社会正义的践行与展示。竞赛规则自产生时它就似乎暗示着由神意来裁决竞争的正义精神；在社会文明化的理性进程中，竞赛规则对运动员正当行为和理性欲望的承认、保护与规制更加突出了其正义价值；竞赛规则实际上是对运动员公平竞争的保障，它从竞赛条件和手段公平、机会均等、结果评定公平，营造良好竞争秩序等方面遵循着正义原则并以此规导比赛现实。竞技体育的可持续发展需要在正义的统摄下进一步完善竞赛规则，努力维护和构建一个符合现代文明的理性竞技场域。 |

Justice considerations of the competition rules |

| Abstract: Justice is an important principle dealing with the relationships among people, while competition rules are normalized and objectivety exists in competitive relationships between athletes, of which the practice shows the social justice. Competition Rules seem to imply that the result of competition should be judged by the Gods since it came into being; In the social civilized rational process, competition rules are regulations guiding the athletes’ behaviors and showing for the athletes behaviors and rational desire of affirmation protection and the rules and regulations highlighted the justice value; competition rules means fair play is actually the security of athletes, ensuring the fairness, and equal opportunity, as well as a good competition order and fair assessment. The sustainable development of competitive sports need further perfect competition rules under justice, so as to safeguard and build a rational arena in accordance with the modern civilization. |
