倒逼机制：作为实践逻辑的似真推理 |

| 摘 要： 目前，各种社会机制设计已成为现代学术界关注的焦点，而且常常将体制机制合在一锅里烹煮，事实上，机制是上下级之间的配合事宜，因此“倒逼机制”作为新生代的语词，已经司空见惯，它频频出现在日常生活和社会语境中，并在可持续社会发展中对社会矛盾和困境呈现了策略性的重要突破。在当前社会转型期，改革三十年累计的各种深层问题会不断浮现在社会表层，使得“倒逼机制”日渐成为人们解决棘手问题的重要权益行为。探究“倒逼机制”的逻辑事理，是对目前含义含混、甚至背驰的使用现象的有机探索，寻求的不是进行关于“真判断”的有限界定，而是梳理现实领域中，如何通过“倒逼机制”的传导，演绎人类遏制退步、引向未来的可持续思维路径。 |

Forcing mechanism: as a practical logic of plausible reasoning |

| Abstract: Currently, various social mechanism design has become the focus of attention of modern academia, which is often mixed with the institutional mechanisms in one pot cooking. In fact, the mechanism of co-ordination between different levels of issues, “reversed mechanism” as a new generation of words, has become commonplace, and appeared frequently in the daily life and social context, and presents important strategic breakthrough in the social contradictions and dilemmas of sustainable social development. In the current society in transition, it accumulated a variety of deep-seated problems in three decades of reform continue to emerge in the social surface, made the “reversed mechanism” become the important rights and interests of the people to address the thorny issue of behavior. To explore the logic of the “reversed mechanism” affair, the current meaning of the ambiguous, even divergence phenomenon of the use of organic exploration, does not seek to carry out a limited definition of “true judgment” while combing the real field, so as to force the mechanism of conduction, human interpretation of the curb backward, and introduce sustainable thinking path toward the future. |
