| 摘 要： 信息的客观根基是现实世界中物质和能量的存在和运动的形式，后者被自控主体反映形成感知信息，再经过控制中枢结合主体行为目的进行加工变为操作信息，并经过实施转化为主体的质能活动返回现实。信息贯串现实、知、行三个层次的存在，使人类认识世界和改造世界的实践活动成为可能。 |

| Abstract: The objective foundation of information is the forms of existence and movement of matter and energy in the real world. The latter is reflected by the self-controlling subject to form perceptive information, then is processed in the light of purpose of subjective behaviour by the control center to become operative information, which finally through implementing is transformed into subject’s mass-energy activities in returning to the reality. The information threads together three-layer of reality, knowledge and practice, which makes the practice of human recognizing and rebuilding the world possible. The author’s practice paradigm view of information is different from both Xiao Feng’s subjectivist view of information and Wu Kun’s ontologist view of information. |
