宪政理想的地方实验
--再论梁启超与湖南自治运动 |

| 摘 要： 在20世纪20年代的联省自治运动中，湖南扮演了一个急先锋的角色，而且是唯一在实践中实行省治的省份，故而备受关注。当时的名流知识分子纷纷加入到这一运动中来，梁启超亦不例外，他在湖南自治运动中扮演了一个相当重要的角色。但梁启超并非如前人所论是一个坚定支持地方分权的联省自治派，他支持湖南自治，最终是为实践其宪政理想，而非为联省自治本身。梁启超不过是以湖南自治运动为契机，打着联省自治的招牌，以支持湖南自治为手段，为其宪政理想特别是国民制宪理想的实现寻一个实验用地而已。 |

| Abstract: During the allied-provinces automatic movement in 1920s, Hunan Province played a vanward role, and it is also the unique province which put the ideas of provincial autonomy into practice. At that time many elite intellectuals took part in this movement gradually, and the same is Liang Qi-chao who played a rather important role in it. But Liang was not a federationist who supported decentralism confirmedly, which is different from other scholars' previous opinions. He supported Hunan’s autonomy not just for the aim of Joint-Provinces’ Autonomy, but for putting his constitutional ideal into practice by using it as an experiment. |
