| 摘 要： 公民社会的发育与市场经济的发展密不可分，市场经济造就公民社会。公民社会的发展要求建设服务型政府，实现四个根本转变。就文化特质而论，公民社会发展是从身份走向契约的历史进程。当代中国公民社会的基本要素是：经济生活的多元化和相对独立的社会；自主的个人和社会组织；科学界定和规范国家权力；法治体系的完善和政治文化的重构。 |

On the basic dimension of the construction of civil society in contemporary China |

| Abstract: The development of civil society and market economy development are inseparable. Market economy creates civil society. Building service-oriented government is the necessary requirement for the development of civil society. It needs achieving four fundamental changes. In terms of cultural characteristics, development of civil society is the historical process from the identity towards the contract. The basic elements of contemporary China civil society are: economic diversification and relatively independent life in society; autonomous individuals and social organizations; science to define and regulate the state power; the improvement of legal system and political culture of the reconstruction. |
