对国民政府资源委员会相关问题的再认识 |

| 摘 要： 资源委员会作为国民政府时期推动国家工业化的重要力量，自1935年设立，1936年开始筹划重工业建设,直至抗战结束，一直担当国家重工业建设的经营管理之责。文章试图从经济学角度来探讨资源委员会的工业化建设所处的经济体制、资源委员会作为国民政府经济职能部门的本质、资源委员会所属企业的性质等问题，以期对以资源委员会为代表的国家垄断资本给予较为客观的评价。 |

Re-examination on some problems concerning the Resources Committee in national government period in China |

| Abstract: Resources committee was important strength to drive the country industrialization during national government period. It was established in 1935, attempting to promote construction of heavy industry in1936, beared the duty of management in construction of national heavy industry until the end of the World war ii.This article attempts to discuss the economic system which the committe’s industrial construction belonged to from the angle of economics, the nature of resource committee as the national government’s economic function department and the nature of the enterprises which belonged to resources committee. It finally makes a more objective evaluation of resources committee as a representative of the state monopoly capital. |
