国外对华贸易救济的统计分析及启示 |

| 摘 要： 以1995年-2011年WTO公布的国际贸易救济案件数据为基础，分析国际贸易救济概况，着重对国外对华的贸易救济的行为聚焦分析，从调查的形式、立案-措施比、发起国及被诉产品行业这四方面对国外对华发起的贸易救济进行统计分析，并针对国外对华贸易救济调查形式集中表现为反倾销和反补贴、对华采取贸易救济措施比重不断提高、发起调查国家集中以及被诉产品行业范围广的特点，提出了四点应对国外对华贸易救济相应的战略对策。 |

A Statistical Analysis and Revelation of Overseas Trade Remedy Against China |

| Abstract: Based on the data of International Trade Remedies that is announced by WTO from 1995 to 2011,this paper analyzes the general situation of International Trade Remedy,emphatically analysing foreign Trade Remedy against China.A statistical analysis of foreign Trade Remedy against China is made from the following four aspects:the form of investigation,the ratio of case registration to measures,sponsor nation and the industry of litigated products.According to the investigation form of foreign Trade Remedy against China concentrating on anti-dumping and Countervailing、the increasing proportion of Trade Remedies against China、the high concentration of sponsor nation and the wide range of the industry of litigated products,four strategic measures are suggested to cope with foreign Trade Remedy against China. |
