技术权能：现代国家的隐性暴力

| 摘 要： 在资本主义日趋全球化的今天，整个世界成为一部安装、组建起来的庞大机器，科学技术的力量成为统治世界的绝对力量，无孔不入地渗透在现代经济、文化、政治各个领域中，并隐蔽地为资产阶级的统治意志服务，技术因此而转变为技术权能，成为现代国家的隐性暴力。技术权能介入国家政治上层，尽管在表面上使现代国家的统治方式和形式发生了种种变化，但它并没有从根本上改变现代国家的本质，现代国家依旧是资产阶级国家，是世界资产阶级镇压统治世界无产阶级的暴力机器。 |

Technical competence: the hidden violence in the modern state

| Abstract: Today in increasingly globalization capitalism, the whole world has became a huge machine that is installed and built up. The power of science and technology becomes the absolute power to rule the world and has penetrated in every field of economics and politics and culture in an all-round way in the modern world, and the service for the rule of the bourgeoisie will be turned into the hidden violence of the modern state. Technical competence to intervene in the national political top, although the manner and form of the rule of the modern state all have taken place and changed on the surface, but it does not fundamentally change the nature of the modern state, which is still a bourgeois state. It is the violence machines that acturate the world the bourgeoisie to overwhelm and overlord the world proletarian. |
