检察机关内涵改造型的管理路径研究 |

| 摘 要： 通过对湖南检察管理实践的总结提炼，概括了目前检察管理存在的六个挑战，分析了当前和今后一个时期检察管理应秉持“加强”和“改进”为理念的内涵改造管理的基本思想，并提出推进检察基础管理科学化、探索适应司法规律的办案模式、优化内设机构的基础管理单元功能、增强应对检察工作新形势新问题的管理同步意识等内涵改造型检察管理思路。 |

The innovation and development of procuratorial work from connotation of modified management perspective |

| Abstract: This paper summarized the management practice of the Procuratorial Organs of Hunan Province and generalized the six challenges in the procuratorial work. It analyzed the basic ideas of the connotation transformation type in which we should uphold the fundamental principles of “reinforcement” and “improvement” in the present and future work. On one hand, the paper suggests the way to promote the scientific management of the procuratorial foundation construction and the way to adapt the case-handling mode of judicial law. On the other hand, it suggests the way to optimize the function of the basic manage work of the interior sections and the way to strengthen the management synchronous consciousness of how to deal with the new situations and new problems which will happen in the procuratorial work. These are all the important concepts of the connotation transformation types in the procuratorial management. |
