以共识引领多样:价值多元背景下高校德育的使命

摘  要: 当今社会价值多元的现实使个体选择价值目标的自由度增加,也将高校德育置于一个价值引导的复杂境地。面对大学生多元的价值选择,坚持“价值无涉”和“价值中立”,实质是放弃德育的价值引导权利和职责,不仅会导致大学生价值系统的紊乱,而且会消解德育本身。高校德育不能陷入价值相对主义和虚无主义的泥沼,而应自觉地承担和树立起价值引导的使命和信仰,以社会主义核心价值体系作为价值共识,引领多样价值观,促进大学生的道德成长和全面发展。

Leading Diversity by Consensus: the Mission of College Moral Education in the Context of Value Diversity

Abstract: The reality of value diversity makes it more difficult for individuals to make choices, which causes college moral education in a complex situation to guide value choice. Facing this situation, adhering to “value-free” and “value-neutral” is to give up the guiding right and duty of moral education, which will possibly not only lead students to value disorders, but also dissolve moral education itself. As a result, college moral education can not fall into the morass of relativism and nihilism. Instead, we should consciously assume the mission of value guidance and establish the belief. It should take the socialist core value system as the consensus of value to lead value diversity to promote the moral and full-scale development of students.
