民营企业社会责任与企业财务绩效关系的实证研究 |

| 摘 要： 我国民营企业在过去30年的发展过程中，扮演了很重要的“中国经济发展的推动者、主力军”角色，在履行社会责任方面存在着不容忽视的问题。因此，民营企业社会责任与企业财务绩效的关系，是20多年来国外企业管理领域研究的一个热点问题。基于国内外近30年来对民营企业社会责任与财务绩效关系方面的相关研究，以2008年~2010年民营企业汽车行业面板数据为基础进行实证分析，表明民营企业各层次社会责任与企业财务 绩效间成不同关系，但总体来说两者成正相关关系。 |

| Abstract: This paper takes 2005-2009 private enterprise auto industry panel data based on an empirical analysis, which reflects the various levels of private enterprises with enterprise financial performance of social responsibility in different relationships, both of which are positively correlated to the private enterprise. It puts forward some related suggestions and countermeasures. |
