| 摘 要： 反垄断法实施的基本方式主要包括公共执行与私人实施两种。这两种实施方式之间的相互协调、相互补充和相互融合可以实现反垄断法实施的最佳效果。我国反垄断法公共执行与私人实施各自存有一定缺陷，缺乏合理的公私协调机制，应构建反垄断法公共执行与私人实施之间的合理协调机制。 |

On coordination of Chinese Anti-monopoly Law between its public enforcement and private implementation |

| Abstract: The basic methods to implement anti-monopoly law include both public enforcement and private implementation. The coordinating, complementing and mutual integrating of both implementation ways of anti- monopoly law can be realized to achieve the best result. Public enforcement and private implementation of Chinese anti- monopoly law remain certain deficiencies, and lack reasonable public-private coordination. Thus Chinese anti-monopoly law should establish a reasonable coordination mechanism between public enforcement and private implementation. |
