跨国公司知识转移有效性研究

摘  要: 知识默会性、知识源与知识接收者的转移动力与能力以及相应的基础设施是影响跨国公司知识转移有效性的主要因素。由于知识默会性的“双面刃效应”,默会性程度的增强对跨国公司海外扩张的驱动性并不确定。但是知识源和知识接收者的转移能力能够增强这种知识转移的有效性与确定性,从而为跨国公司进入海外市场提供更多可供选择的方式。

On the effectiveness of knowledge transfer in transnational corporations

Abstract: The effectiveness of transferring knowledge by transnational corporations mainly depends on the extent of tacit knowledge, motivations and capacity of source transfer and recipient transfer as well as the corresponding infrastructure. Improvement in tacit knowledge doesn’t necessarily facilitate transnational corporations’ foreign expansion due to its “double-edged sword effect”. However, stronger source transfer capacity and recipient transfer capacity can reinforce the effectiveness of transferring such kind of knowledge and the positive contribution of tacit knowledge to transnational corporations’ foreign expansion can provide more alternatives for their foreign entry modes.
