| 摘 要： 国际资源环境不公是引起全球环境问题、制约世界环境与发展的瓶颈，是加剧环境与发展矛盾的一个根本原因，因此实现国际资源环境公正是协调不同国家资源环境利益冲突，实现发达国家与发展中国家和谐发展，从而实现世界可持续发展的一个重要方面。研究从资源环境的视角探讨了当今国际资源环境不公的表现，分析了导致国际资源环境不公的原因，提出了实现国际资源环境公正的对策。 |

An analysis of the performance、cause and countermeasure of the international resources environmental injustice |

| Abstract: The international resources environmental injustice is the bottleneck that causes the global environmental issues, and restricts the world environment and development; it is also one of basic reasons for intensifying the contradictions of environment and development. The realization of the international resources environmental justice is an important aspect that coordinates different conflicts in environment benefit of national resources, so as to promote harmonious development between developed countries and developing countries, and world sustainable development. This paper explores the performance of the current international resources environment injustice, analyzes the cause and proposes the countermeasure to promote international resources environment justice from the perspective of resources environment. |
