| 摘 要： 世代间的和谐是和谐社会的重要特征，建设和谐社会必然要求宪法的公平与秩序价值由横向扩展到纵向。为此，宪法不仅要以当代人之间的公平与秩序为价值，还要以当代人与后代人之间实现公平与秩序为价值。而当下我国社会代际之间的价值冲突日益明显，从而势必影响我国宪法规范变动的价值取向。 |

Justice and order between generations:The constitutional value of a harmonious society |

| Abstract: Harmoniousness between generations is one of the most important characters of a harmonious society. In order to fulfill the harmoniousness between generations, constitutional value must be extended to generations. As constitutional value, justice and order must be fulfilled between generations. Nowadays, the value conflict between generations becomes intense in China, and the transformation of constitutional norm is to be influenced by it. |
