试析卡尔文·柯立芝的劳资理念及其实践

摘  要: 约翰·卡尔文·柯立芝劳资理念的形成与其亲身经历及美国的新教传统等密切相关。卡尔文·柯立芝劳资理念的主要内容就是国家维护劳工追求社会公平和正义的权利,通过国家的经济发展来促进福利事业的发展,以法律法规作为导向协调劳资关系,切实提高人的素质,坚决维护公共安全。这种劳资理念及其实践,影响了美国政府以后处理劳资纠纷的方式和方法。

An Analysis of Calvin Coolidge’s Labor Relations Thoughts and

Abstract: John Calvin Coolidge’s labor relations thoughts are closely related to personal experience and American Protestantism. Calvin Coolidge’s labor relations thoughts include American Government supporting the rights that labors seek social equity and justice; the national promotion of the development of welfare through the country’s economic development; the national coordinating labor relations according to the laws and regulations; the its improvement of human quality and uncompromisingly safeguard public security. His labor relations thoughts and activities have guided the manner and method that U.S. government deals with labor disputes in later times.
