| 摘 要： 从研究层次、研究主题和研究方法三个维度对发表在国内外期刊上明确考虑了人类行为因素对供应链绩效影响的论文进行了编码分析。发现，国外的研究较多集中于考察个体以及群体和组织层面的行为因素，并出现了对文化层面上行为因素的研究，研究的主题分布也比较平均，所采用的研究方法为实验研究和数学建模并重；国内的研究也多集中在个体以及群体和组织层面，研究主题集中于供应链协调与契约、伙伴关系和库存订货，所采用的研究方法主要是数学建模的方法，很少采用实证研究特别是实验研究。行为供应链研究在国内尚处于起步阶段，有着广阔的研究空间。 |

| Abstract: This paper reviews and analyzes the research topic, research methodology and research level of domestic and international literature, which investigates how behavioral factors affect supply chain performance. Results show that researches abroad tend to investigate the individual and group factors and begin to involve culture, distributing on topics evenly, with both Experimental study and mathematical modeling employed; while the domestic papers concentrate on individual and group level, are mainly about SCM ordination and contract, supplier relationship and inventory, and rarely use empirical method, especially experiment method. Conclusively, behavioral supply chain management is at primary stage in China. |
