| 摘 要： 党群关系是和谐社会的基石，执政为民是中国共产党实现党群关系和谐的核心。构建和谐党群关系的基本思路是以利益为导向，促进发展，协调利益，不与民争利，其基本要求是坚持理性和感性的结合，以“情”为纽带促进党群关系和谐，以“制度”为纽带规范党群关系。 |

On the path of achieving harmony of Party-masses relationship |

| Abstract: Party-masses relationship is the basis of a harmonious society, and governing for the interests of people is the core of achieving the harmonious Party-masses relationship. The basic idea of building the harmonious Party-masses relationship is interests-oriented、promoting development、coordinating interests and without competing for interests with people. Insistence on the combination of sense and sensibility is the basic requirement of building a harmonious Party-masses relationship, taking affection as a bond to promote the harmony of Party-masses relationship, while at the same time taking institution as a bond to discipline Party-masses relationship. |
