超越自由与保守之争：
奥克肖特政治思想的智识基础分析 |

| 摘 要： 奥克肖特整个理论体系的出发点是为了突破近代以来西方理性主义的认识论路径。在哲学基础上，奥克肖特政治思想同时受到英国观念论和霍布斯的巨大影响。在政治哲学上，自由主义与保守主义的两分对研究奥克肖特来说是不适用的，奥克肖特政治思想的特征是“自由的保守”与“保守的自由”的结合。 |

Neither liberalism nor conservatism: on philosophic foundation of Oakeshott’s political ideas |

| Abstract: To break out the western rationalism’s epistemology model is the main task of whole Oakeshott’s theory. Both British Idealism and Thomas Hobbes’ political ideas give Oakeshott a great influence. It isn’t very meaningful to simply say that Oakeshott’s political theory can be classified into Liberalism or Conservatism. It is suggested that we specify Oakeshott with the phrases “Liberal Conservatism” or “Conservative Liberalism”. |
