检察机关职务犯罪侦防一体化机制的思考 |

| 摘 要： 作为国家反腐败总体格局中重要力量的检察机关，目前尚未真正形成完善有效的从源头上预防职务犯罪的工作机制。实行侦防一体化工作机制是在检察机关现有职权框架内对侦防工作模式的创新和发展，是提升法律监督能力的有效尝试和必然选择，有助于侦防工作的双赢和预防工作取得实效。文章分析了侦防一体化机制的内涵，并就当前该机制运行中存在的问题以及如何完善该机制提出了思考。 |

| Abstract: As an important element in the overall framework of national anti-corruption forces,the procuratorial organizations have not yet formed an effective working Mechanism of preventing duty crime from source. Investigation and Prevention Integration mechanisms is a working model of development and innovation in the existing framework of procuratorial organizations, which is an effective and necessary choice to promote the legal supervision ability. |
