| 摘 要： 互联网的发明和应用给人类生活各个方面带来巨大影响。在思想文化方面，网络为人类创造了新的文化载体，促进了全球的跨文化交流和文化的个性化发展，对文化的社会化进程带来影响。网络应用给社会生活所带来的负面影响促使人们进一步从人文角度对技术发展进行反思。理性认识网络与当代社会文化发展的关系有利于更好的发挥网络促进人类文明发展的作用。 |

| Abstract: The invention and application of Internet impact on all aspects of peoples' life. In the aspect of thought and culture, Internet creates new culture media, promotes international cultural exchanging and personal culture development, impacts on social progress of culture.
