关于贿赂的界定问题 |

| 摘 要： 在受贿罪研究中对贿赂的解释刑法理论界形成了三种学说。通过对这三种学说的阐述和评析，指出在现行刑法关于受贿罪的规定修改完善之前，对于金钱、物品及财产性利益可以纳入“财物”的范畴。对于非财产性利益，我国刑法应该借鉴国外立法例，尽快将其纳入刑法的规制范围。 |

| Abstract: The thesis analyzes three theories about the interpretation of bride and considers the content of article of property could include golden ，goods and property interest. It also argue that the idea of nonproperty interest be introduced into the futuer revised criminal law in the provision of this crime. |
