| Abstract: This paper, research on how markets select the mechanism of civil engineering cost formation based on Total Cost Management, aims primarily to make it clear that the course of civil engineering cost formation is actually a continual process of dynamic decision in which markets can select the efficient course of cost formation including the mechanisms which can be found in it, namely mechanisms of investment decision, biding and dynamic control, etc. |
