| 摘 要： 政治法在我国是否作为一个独立的法学门美素有争议。文章从辨析政治的基本概念开始，结合法哲学和政治哲学的基本理论，阐述了在中国特色社会主义法律体系中确立政治法的地位、加紧政治立法的意义；同时认为，在政治法研究中务必坚持马克思主义立场。 |
