我国科技产业化中的市场创新
——一种经济社会学的分析 |

| 摘 要： 科技产业化中的市场创新是一个科学技术、经济、社会整合的过程。我国市场创新中存在着市场创新与社会经济系统的失衡，表现为市场创新与资本化和投资子系统、生产和组织子系统、文化价值系统的失衡。构建新的协调均衡，首先是建立市场创新风险资本，健全市场创新的投资系统，其次是促进市场创新的制度供给，健全市场创新的生产、组织系统以及推动市场文化和企业文化发展，健全市场创新的文化价值系统。总之，市场创新对科技产业化和经济发展的影响有赖于科学技术、经济与社会的整合，有赖于市场创新与社会的整合和均衡。 |

Market innovation of technological industrialization in China

| Abstract: The market innovation of technological industrialization is a course of the integration of science and technology, economy and society. There is the imbalance between the market innovation and the social economy system in Chinese market. To construct the harmonious balance, first of all ,we should construct the new risk capital and perfect the investment system for market innovation. Secondly, we should promote the institution supply and perfect the production organization system for market innovation. Finaly, we should develop market culture and business culture and perfect the culture value system for market innovation. In a word, the effect of market innovation on technology industrialization and economy development depends on the integration of science and technology, economy and society and depends on the balance between market innovation and the social sys-tem. |
