| Abstract: This group of essays mainly discusses impacts upon and messages to the human existence and comparative literary studies by the cultural trends in the time of globalization. Zhang Yuejun's article investigates aspects of Comparative Literature in the time of internet. Deng Yanyan deals with the relationships between Imagologie and Comparative Literature. Zhou Tinghua examines the norms of translation in terms of the reception theory. Finally, Zhong Youxun expresses his anxieties and worries about Man's "iconic existence" in the time of globalization. |
